Restoration of a seat for the crusher armor by surfacing

The seat for the crusher armor is restored by the method of surfacing by means of electric arc welding with subsequent grinding. This method allows to increase the restored surface from 0.5 to 20 mm, in most cases to reach the required dimensions, and also to select a weld metal with higher mechanical characteristics.
